Provincial Payroll obtains information of a personal nature (Name, Email, Telephone Number etc) in order to carry out its payroll function. The personal details that you submit to us are stored on a secure server.

The information that we collect from you is obtained when you register with Provincial or complete our online contact form. Approved personnel that have the correct security clearance can access this information only. This is in order to ensure that Provincial are able to manage your accounts and perform duties directly related to your payroll.

Provincial Payroll monitor activity logs on a regular basis to ensure routine maintenance is performed and that the data you provide is secured. If any problems should arise, users are fully covered by the Data Protection Act, and we therefore will be liable for any loss as a result of our negligence.

We only pass your details to third parties when it is required by law to do so. We may pass your details to interested parties once we have obtained your permission or that you have requested us to do so. Information will be stored for 7 years in accordance to UK tax laws.

5. Viruses

Provincial Payroll does not accept responsibility for computer viruses or other problems resulting from visiting this or any other website and disclaims all and any liability for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or claims suffered or incurred by any person as a consequence of the presence of any virus or similar item on this or any other website.
